Please complete the online assessment, which has been specially designed to assess your eligibility for Permanent Residence in Canada.

Based on the information you provide we will assess your qualifications for immigration to Canada according to the current immigration criteria. For this reason it is in your best interest that the information you provide is complete, truthful and accurate.

If you are married or live with a partner, we suggest that both of you fill out the questionnaire. This will enable us to provide you with the most complete assessment. It is possible that your spouse/partner could achieve a higher level of points.

These forms you will use to apply for Canadian Immigration as a Skilled Worker or business category. You must then print your completed form and submit it to AFB Trade & Services Inc., Canada or once filled, copy them onto your hard disk and send to us as an email attachment.

Balance Sheet

To evaluate your financial standing this form must be completed by the principal applicant.

I MM 0008: Application for Permanent Residence in Canada.

This form must be completed by the principal applicant and his or her spouse.

Schedule 1: Background / Declaration
This form must be completed by the principal applicant and:

his or her spouse or common-law partner (if applicable); and
all dependant children aged 18 years or older listed in the application for permanent residence must complete their own copy of this form.

Schedule 3: Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers (Independent Category

Only)
This form must be completed by the principal applicant. If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details or make two forms.

Schedule 6 Economic Classes Business Immigrants [IMM 0008 ] (Business Category Only)

This form must be completed by the principal applicant those who are applying under the following categories. They need not to prepare the above form (Schedule 3: Economic Classes). If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details or make two forms.

Investors must have business experience; have a substantial minimum net worth; and be able to invest substantial sums of money in Canada.
Entrepreneurs must have business experience and a minimum net worth.

Self-employed persons must have the experience, intention and ability to:

establish a business that will, at a minimum, create an employment opportunity for themselves and that will make a significant contribution to cultural activities or athletics in Canada; or

purchase and manage a farm.

IM M 5406: Additional Family Information.
This form must be completed by the principal applicant and:

his or her spouse or common-law partner (if applicable); and
all dependant children aged 18 years or older whether accompanying the main applicant or not.

IMM 5476: Authority to Release Information to Designated Individuals
The principal applicant may complete this form.

Use this form if you want us to release your application information to another person or agency. Canadian law does not allow Citizenship and Immigration Canada to discuss your application with anyone without your permission.
